About me
Born in rural Idaho, shaped for global impact.
I went from first-gen college student to ICF certified coach with a mission: helping people become confident and resilient amidst constant change. With Brown University training and experience across 20+ countries, I work with high-performers who are done with surface-level leadership advice. You’re ready to create transformational change – I’m here to make sure your inner game matches the complexity of today’s challenges.
"No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it."

Transformation
My Philosophy: The Inner Game Revolution
Here’s the truth: We’re asking our generation to solve problems using outdated mental software. We are asking leaders to play a global game that requires Windows 14 when their inner operating system is still at Windows 7. Like upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 14, transformational leadership requires evolving your inner game first. My philosophy blends cutting-edge leadership research with systems thinking to help you upgrade your entire internal operating system (aka IOS). When your inner game evolves, you’ll spot solutions that others can’t even imagine.
The Process: WHOLE-PERSON TRANSFORMATION
The Process: WHOLE-PERSON TRANSFORMATION
There’s no copy-paste formula here. This isn’t a cookie-cutter program or generic “believe in yourself” advice. This is individualized leadership development that targets what matters most.
See The Full Picture
We start with a 360° assessment that show exactly where your current Internal Operating System is holding you back and where your natural strengths lie.
Individualized Coaching Sessions
We then systematically upgrade your inner game through targeted practices and reflective dialogue that transcends surface-level skill-building. You might experience breakthrough moments where complexity becomes clarity, conflict becomes opportunity, and your unique path to impact becomes unmistakable.
Transformation
The transformation process is not about quick fixes or LinkedIn humble-brags. It can take months to fully digest, incorporate, and change behavior to see the full transformative impact of coaching. At the end of our sessions, we re-take the assessments, reflect on your goals to see where you’ve grown, and make sure your upgraded leadership Operating System is installed for good.
Going Deeper: My Coaching Foundation
I believe that a client is creative, resourceful, and whole.
I don’t offer advice because the client is the expert in their own life. You already have the answers; the coach’s role is to help you uncover what is already there but obscured by something else.
I believe in the capacity for change.
No matter how stuck someone might feel.
I, as a coach, am present, agile, and curious in our sessions.
It is my duty to meet you where you are at (not where you or I think you are supposed to be).
It is your agenda.
The client brings what they want to discuss to every session, and it is my responsibility as a coach to adapt our sessions and exercises to meet your needs.
I coach the person, not the topic.
Coaching is about building your capacity to solve your own problems. I can’t tell you how to solve your specific issue in an area or location I’m not familiar with, but I can hold a metaphorical mirror up to you, through transformational conversations and exercises, to help you find the answer within yourself.
I believe in human dignity, respect and care.
Humans are deep mysteries to respect, not something to generalize or stereotype. There is deep healing and respite that can come from someone else witnessing your growth and struggle through coaching. I find that an honor and a privilege to be able to hold that space for someone.
